GameDay Preview

WINONA, Minn. — Brett Jackson enjoyed a banner day during the opening round of the Winona State Triangular Sunday afternoon, as the Saint Mary's University of Minnesota sophomore carded an even-par 72 to help the Cardinal men's golf team to a second-place showing after the opening round of the 36-hole tournament at The Bridges.

Along with Jackson's career-low performance, David Iten also put together a career round, shooting 80, while Hunter Rau (83) and Kyle Brodt (84) rounded out the Cardinals' top four.
