Highlights:

The NCAA Division III national champion fastpitch softball team, coached by John Tschida '90, won the 2000 national title by posting a perfect 7-0 record during their post-season run. The Cardinals posted a school-record 40 wins en route to the school's first-ever national title, beating Benedictine, Central and Coe in the regional tournament, then cruising through the NCAA national championships with wins over Ithaca, the College of New Jersey and Chapman (twice).
