Raheem Anthony (Chicago, Ill.) led the Saint Mary’s offensive attack against the Auggies, scoring 25 points, while Eli Cave (St. Paul, Minn.) chipped in 18, and Caden Freetly (Farmington, Minn.) and Kareem Anthony-Bello (Chicago, Ill.) each chipped in 11.

The winning streak — the program’s longest since winning six in a row as part of an 8-1 start to the 2010-11 season — came to a halt two days later with a 61-60 loss to Gustavus.
• 10: Owen Ziegler (Mount Horeb, Wis.) scored a single-game career-high 10 points in the Cardinal men’s basketball team’s 57-54 win over Hamline last Saturday. Ziegler is the third Cardinal this season to set a single-game career-high of 10 or more points. Zach Kjeseth (Wabasha, Minn.) scored 12 points against Bethel on Feb. 20, and Nick Falls (Plymouth, Minn.) netted 10 against Bethel on Feb. 17.
• 10: Eli Cave (St. Paul, Minn.) hauled in a team-high 10 rebounds in the SMU men’s basketball team’s 57-54 win over Hamline last Saturday. It was the second time in the last three games in which Cave has pulled down 10 boards.
• 18 + 10 = 1: Eli Cave (St. Paul, Minn.) scored 18 points and added 10 rebounds in the Cardinal men’s basketball team’s 81-79 win over Augsburg last Monday in recording his first double-double of the season and eighth of his Cardinal career.
• 21: Caden Freetly (Farmington, Minn.) equaled his single-game career high, scoring 21 points in the Cardinal men’s basketball team’s 61-60 loss at Gustavus last Wednesday.
• 25: Raheem Anthony (Chicago, Ill.) scored a team-high 25 points in the Cardinals’ 81-79 win over Augsburg last Monday. The 25-point output marked the fourth time this season the SMU sophomore has scored 20 or more points in a game.
• 33: Eli Cave (St. Paul, Minn.) was held to seven points in the Cardinal men’s basketball team’s 61-60 loss to Gustavus last Wednesday, snapping a streak of 33 straight games in which the senior had scored in double figures.
• 81: The SMU men’s basketball team’s 81 points in last Monday’s two-point win over Augsburg were a season-high. Saint Mary’s netted 80 or more points five times a year ago.
