Wright averaged 23.5 points-per-game in the SMU men's basketball team's first two conference games last week. Wright netted a team-high 18 points in the Cardinals' 63-54 loss to Augsburg last Wednesday, then netted a season-best 29 points in SMU's 87-80 win over Macalester Saturday.

Wright has now scored in double figures in 34 straight games — and 70 times in his 74 collegiate games. The 29 points also marked the 30th time in his career that Wright has netted 20 or more points.
