Brueggen continued his dominance of the weight throw competition, going 19.16 meters last Friday, winning the event for the sixth time in the seven meets he has competed in. Brueggen has already qualified for the NCAA Indoor National Championships, thanks to his school-record throw of 19.41 meters set at the UW-Whitewater Invitational on Feb. 1.
