Gannon had a remarkable week, hitting five home runs in the Cardinals' eight games — including a stretch of four straight games with an HR. Gannon opened the week with back-to-back homers vs. St. Olaf last Tuessday — including the seventh-inning game-winner in a 1-0 Game 1 win — then added two more round-trippers vs. Macalester on Thursday. Gannon was held homerless in the opener vs. Bethel Saturday, but did launch home run No. 5 in Game 2. All told, five of the senior's seven hits last week were home runs, and she finished with a 1.000 slugging percentage.
