Ayers was the Cardinals' leading scorer in both of their games last week, as the sophomore forward tossed in 15 points in SMU's three-point, 55-52 loss to league-leading St. Thomas, then followed that up with a season-best 16 points in the Cardinals' two-point, 68-66 setback to second-place Saint Benedict.
