Gannon, appearing in his first games as a Cardinal, hit .421 in SMU's 10 spring trip games last week. The sophomore went 16-for-38 — including seven doubles, a triple and his first collegiate home run — while driving in 13 runs and scoring 10 times. He boast a .737 slugging percentage and was 2-for-3 in stolen base attempts.
