Thesing was unstoppable in the Saint Mary's University fastpitch softball team's four games at the Irish Dome in Rosemount, Minn., last weekend, hitting .800 (8-for-10) with five doubles and two home runs. The SMU senior — who also drew two walks and was hit by a pitch twice — drove in six runs and boasted a 1.900 slugging percentage. … Thesing entered the season with just one career home run in 49 at-bats. …
