Black hit .500 in the Cardinals' two baseball games against Macalester last week, going 1-for-4 in SMU's 8-7 Game 1 loss, then collected three hits in four at-bats in the nightcap, a 12-8 Macalester victory. Black also scored three runs, drove in four runs and boasted a .750 sluigging percentage. With his single in Game 1 and his three hits in Game 2, Black extended his hitting streak to six straight and has now hit safely in 12 of the Cardinals' 13 games.
