Krysiak picked up the pitching win in last Thursday's 9-8 come-from-behind win over Hamline, then added back-to-back saves in the Cardinals' two extra-inning wins over Augsburg last Sunday, helping SMU to a 3-1 record last week.
The sophomore allowed held Hamline to just one hit in two innings of work in earning the win against the Pipers, then recorded a pair of 10-pitch innings, setting down the Auggies in order in the bottom of the eighth inning in both games, to record the saves in SMU's 7-5 and 2-0 wins over Augsburg on Sunday.
Krysiak has now collected a team-best five saves this season — one shy of the program’s single-season record, a feat he equaled a year ago.
