Buerkle went 5-for-15 with three doubles, three runs and three RBIs in the SMU baseball team's four games last weekend.

Buerkle, who enters Wednesday’s games against UW-La Crosse hitting .381 — while also leading the team in RBIs (12) and slugging percentage (.595) — has collected at least one hit in all 13 games he’s played in this season, including three games with at least two hits.
