Mariana Sanchez had a busy week in goal for the Saint Mary's University women's soccer team, stopping 16 of the 22 shots she faced in the Cardinals losses to St. Catherine and St. Olaf last week.

For the season, Sanchez has started all five Cardinal games, stopping 24 of 31 shots to post a 1.40 goals-against-average and a .774 save percentage.
