Gardner kicked off a stellar week with 11 kills in the Cardinals' 3-2 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference loss to St. Olaf last Wednesday. The sophomore right-side picked up right where she left off over the weekend, hammering out 50 kills (2.94 kills-per-set), while hitting .249 in helping the Cardinals to a perfect 4-0 finish at the UW-River Falls Invitational. Gardner earned all-tournament honors for her efforts.
