Herrmann was busy between the pipes for the Cardinal women's hockey team last weekend, as the senior goalie stopped 69 of the 72 shots she faced in helping Saint Mary's to a two-game MIAC split with Gustavus.

Herrmann collected a season-high 39 saves in the Cardinals' heartbreaking, 3-2 overtime loss to GAC last Friday, before rebounding with a 30-save shutout in Saint Mary's 2-0 win a day later.

Fueled by Herrmann's first shutout of the season—and fourth of her collegiate career—the Cardinals snapped a 28-game losing streak against the Gusties with the 2-0 victory last Saturday.

Herrmann leads the team with a 1.61 goals-against-average and a .949 save percentage.
