Vandenberg was near-perfect in the Cardinal women's tennis team's three matches last weekend, going 3-0 in singles play, while adding a 2-1 mark in doubles.
Vandenberg pushed his singles winning streak to five with straight set wins at No. 3 singles against Bethel, St. Norbert, and UW-Stevens Point. The junior also teamed with Julia Boeve for 8-1 and 8-2 wins at No. 2 doubles against UW-SP and St. Norbert.
For the season, Vandenberg shares the team lead in dual-match singles with with nine, while owning a team-high 13 overall singles victories. In doubles play, Vandenberg is 6-4 in dual matches.
