Blattner led the team in kills in each of their four Ground Round Sugar Loaf Classic matches last weekend, as the sophomore collected a team-high 47 kills—while hitting .351—in leading the Cardinals to a perfect 4-0 record.

Blattner opened tournament play wiht a nine-kill effort against Finlandia, before following that up with 12 kills vs. St. Norbert, 15 against Carroll, and 11 vs. Luther. Blattner also added 26 digs, three aces and four blocks
