Ferron led the way for the Cardinals in their three games last week—including a conference-opening victory over Carleton last Wednesday—as the senior averaged 13.7 ppg and 8.7 rpg, while also adding nine assists, one block and three steals.
Ferron kicked off the week by collecting his second double-double of the season, scoring 13 points and adding 10 rebounds in the Cardinals’ nonconference loss to Simpson last Monday. He added a 13-point, nine-rebound effort two days later in a 74-67 win over Carleton, and closed out the week by pouring in 18 points and adding seven boards in a conference loss to Concordia last Saturday.
For the season, Ferron is averaging a team-leading 14.0 ppg and owns 43 rebounds (8.6 rpg), 13 assists, three blocks and four steals.
