Johnson proved to be a key cog in the Cardinal men's hockey team's offense during their two-game nonconference series against Lake Forest last weekend.

The Cardinal senior scored two of the team's three goals in last Friday's 6-3 loss to the Foresters, while posting his second multiple-point game—scoring a goal and adding an assist—in Saint Mary's 4-2 win the following day.

Johnson, who has now scored in three straight games, shares the team lead in goals (4) and points (7) heading into this weekend's two-game MIAC series against Saint John's at the Saint Mary's Ice Arena.
