Dup defended her long jump and triple jump titles at the MIAC Indoor Championships, held at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn.

The junior opened the two-day event by posting a winning jump of 5.38 meters in the long jump, before blowing away the rest of the field in the triple jump, equaling her school record with a leap of 11.74 meters.
