Schefchik was a busy — and very successful — Cardinal last Saturday in guiding the Cardinals to dual-meet wins over Augsburg and Hamline in the team's final competition before the season-ending MIAC Championships in two weeks.

The sophomore picked up three first-place finishes to pace the Cardinals' winning effort —winning the 100 breaststroke (1:17.40), the 500 freestyle (5:49.44) and the 1,000 freestyle (11:53.60).
