Anthony enjoyed a career day in the Cardinal men’s basketball team’s nonconference win over Luther last Saturday.
Coming off a five-point, four-rebound showing in a conference loss to No. 14 Saint John’s last Tuesday, Anthony turned up the heat against Luther, pouring in a career-best 26 points, while adding a career-high 11 rebounds for his first collegiate double-double.
The 26 points were 15 better than Anthony’s previous career-best, while his 11 boards were four better than his previous best.
Anthony heads into Saturday’s conference showdown against Concordia averaging 12.0 points-per-game, while leading the team with 26 rebounds (6.5 rpg) and 12 assists.
