Ohde was untouchable for the Saint Mary’s track and field team at the UW-Stout Warren Bowlus Invitational last Saturday.
 
The Cardinal junior — who made her first NCAA national championship appearance a year ago — picked up her first high jump win of the season, clearing 1.58 meters on her first attempt to claim the crown.
 
Ohde and the Cardinals are back in action on Saturday, heading to Decorah, Iowa, to take part in the Luther Dual.
