Anna Swanson had a meet to remember for the Saint Mary’s women’s track and field team last Saturday at the SMU Drake Alternative.
 
Swanson uncorked a throw of 42.46 in the javelin — a mark that not only won her the event, but was also the longest throw among MIAC competitors this season and currently ranks No. 8 in the country.
