Lichttenegger picked up three Top-5 finishes at last Saturday’s St. Olaf Ole Open, the Cardinals’ final tune-up before the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
 
Lichttenegger teamed with Noah Anderson (St. Paul, Minn.), Matt Boone (Mindoro, Minn.), and Garrett Jackson (West Linn, Ore.) to win the 4x100 relay, stopping the clock in 41.62, before adding third-place showings in both the long jump (6.35m) and the 200 (22.17).
