Lichttenegger — who won the MIAC Indoor long jump title in 2020 — continued his dominance in the event, uncorking a leap of 6.90 meters. The senior added a second conference crown, teaming with Matt Boone (Mindoro, Wis.), Noah Anderson (St. Paul, Minn.), and Garrett Jackson (West Linn, Ore.) to clock a time of 41.31 en route to the 4 x 100 relay title.
