Buysman poured in a career-high 23 points in leading the Cardinal men’s basketball team to a 73-66 win over seventh-ranked UW-La Crosse last Wednesday. The sophomore finished 9 of 14 from the field with five 3-pointers and added six rebounds against the Eagles.

Buysman and the Cardinals (3-5 overall) are now off until Dec. 30, when they head to Chicago, Ill, for a 3 p.m. nonconference matchup against North Park.
