Eric Zimmerman is currently the head women’s soccer coach at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a position he has served since the 2008-09 school year.

Zimmerman served as an assistant coach with the SMU women for one season prior to assuming his current role.
Zimmerman is a member of the NSCAA and holds a NSCAA National Diploma. Prior to his arrival at Saint Mary’s, Zimmerman spent two seasons as the head boy’s soccer coach at Onalaska High School in Onalaska, WI.

Zimmerman also spent four seasons as an assistant coach for the Viterbo University men’s soccer program where he played collegiately. Zimmerman served one season as the men’s interim head coach at Viterbo as well. He has coached for the Coulee Region United Soccer Association since 2000 where he currently serves as the club’s technical director. Zimmerman completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Viterbo University.
