Anna Van Hercke

Anna Van Hercke serves as the assistant coach for the Saint Mary's University Women's hockey team, a position she ha held since the 2024-25 season.

She is also the Saint Mary's Ice Arena assistant rink manager and helps out in the athletics department.

Before joining Saint Mary's, Anna played five seasons of NCAA Division III hockey at Concordia University Wisconsin, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sports Management. As a goaltender, she served as an assistant captain during her fifth year and set multiple career records, including saves, shutouts, and wins. During her time at CUW, Anna also coached the Lakeshore Lightning Girls High School team for one season and spent several years providing private goaltending lessons.

Additionally, Anna gained valuable experience as a USA Hockey Intern for two years, assisting with administrative preparation and on-site operations for the boys' and girls' Player Development Camps.
