Sibik made the most of her first two collegiate games, scoring three goals in leading SMU to a pair of season-opening victories. Sibik scored the first goal in the Cardinals' 2-0 victory over Wisconsin Lutheran, then added two more goals as SMU routed Martin Luther 9-1.
