Peterson provided plenty of offensive spark in helping the Cardinals to a 3-2 win and a 3-3 tie against Augsburg last weekend. Peterson had a goal and an assist in SMU's 3-2 win over Augsburg on Friday, then added another goal ion Saturday's 3-3 tie.

The sophomore forward has now scored in three straight games and leads the team with eight goals and 13 points.
