Brittany Cherwinka (Faribault, Minn.) dished out 146 assists — including a career-best 52 in the Saint Mary's University volleyball team's 3-1 win over Elmhurst — last weekend. Cherwinka, who was named to the Elmhurst Tournament all-tournament team, helped SMU posted a perfect 4-0 record during the two-day tournament to capture the tourney title.
