Giesen remained red-hot at the No. 3 singles position for the Saint Mary's men's tennis team, as the freshman picked up a pair of singles wins against St. Thomas and Wartburg.

With the wins—a three-set, 6-1, 1-6, 10-6 victory vs. the Tommies and a 6-2, 6-3 triumph vs. the Knights—Giesen pushed his singles winning streak to a team-best 13 straight.
