Sanders enjoyed a memorable first week as a member of the Saint Mary's men's golf team, carding rounds of 74, 77 and 78.

The Cardinal freshman, playing as an individual, opened the week with a two-over-par 74 at the MacMary Dual, before leading Saint Mary's charge at the 36-hole Augsburg Invitational with rounds of five-over 77 and six-over 78.

Sanders capped his memorable week by notching his first career hole-in-one during the second round of the Augsburg Invitational, acing the 190-yard fourth hole at Majestic Oaks Golf Course.
