Lichttenegger closed out his junior track and field season in style at the MIAC Outdoor Championships, collecting three All-MIAC honors in helping the Cardinals to a ninth-place team finish.

Lichttenegger placed second in the 200, narrowly missing the school record with a time of 22.00, while adding a third-place effort in the long jump, leaping a school-record 6.99 meters to place third overall. And he wasn't done yet, teaming with Matt Boone, Noah Anderson, and Desmond Steward to place second the 4 x 100 with a time of 51.94.
