Galewski kicked off his senior season in style, claiming medalist honors at the Twin Ports Collegiate, leading the Cardinal men’s golf team to a second-place showing in the team standings.
 
Galewski opened the 36-hole tournament with a three-over 74 and followed that up with a school-record six-under 65 for a 139 total and a nine-stroke win over runner-up Sam Albrecht of UW-Superior.
 
The senior’s career-best 65 also propelled the Cardinals to a single-day school record 280 in Saturday’s final round, eclipsing the previous team best by 19 strokes.
