Mallory was a scoring machine for the Cardinal men’s basketball team last week, averaging 20.0 ppg — including a season-high 23-point effort in SMU’s 76-73 come-from-behind win over UW-River Falls — and chipped in six rebounds, two assists, two steals and a pair of blocks. Mallory kicked off the week with a team-leading 17 points against Crown, before pouring his career-high 23-point showing against the Falcons three days later.
