Jen Miller is the head fastpitch softball coach, as well as the supervisor for the Recreational Athletic Center, at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Miller began her head coaching career at Saint Mary's in 2007. She is a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and involved in the National Fastpitch Coaches College. Miller also serves on the Student Judicial Committee on campus.

Prior to taking over the Cardinals' head coaching position, Miller was SMU's assistant fastpitch coach for four seasons. A four-year letterwinner as a catcher and third baseman at Saint Mary's, Miller was a member of the Cardinals' 2000 NCAA Division III national championship team, while also earning All-MIAC, all-region and NCAA all-tournament team honors. In 2005, Miller and the rest of the 2000 national championship team were inducted  into the SMU Sports Hall of Fame.

Miller completed her undergraduate degree at Saint Mary's University, where she majored in Elementary Education. Her master's degree in Sports Administration is from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
