Saint Mary's Athletics' monthly student-athlete feature celebrates
the stories behind the uniforms, highlighting the perseverance, success, challenges, and inspiring moments that define Cardinal student-athletes

All stories are written by Saint Mary's student-athlete, Owen Fonder, of the Cardinal men's tennis team.

Fonder, a public relations and digital media major, created The Buzzer Talk, a platform dedicated to sharing the stories of student-athletes from every level of collegiate athletics. Through interviews with athletes across all divisions, he highlights the people and experiences behind the competition.
