Brad Reichuber (Mahtomedi, Minn.) needed three sets for his 6-1, 5-7, 6-4 win at No. 2.
SMU completed the victory winning the one doubles team point with three-set wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. Granseth and Reichuber teamed for a 5-7, 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 1 doubles, while Jackola and Boll found the going even a bit tougher, winnning 6-1, 6-7 (3) and 7-6 (5).
