Game Summary
ST. PAUL, Minn. — Tyler Petrich and Mike Robison each recorded double-doubles as Hamline used a big second half to beat the Saint Mary's University men's basketball team 70-57 Wednesday evening.
The Cardinals, who have had a penchant for falling apart in the second half of late, trailed by three, 37-34, at the half, then managed to score just 23 second-half points — shooting just 29 percent from the field, including a 1-for-13 performance from beyond the 3-point line — as SMU dropped its fifth straight.
Tyler Petrich scored 16 points and pulled down 11 rebounds, while Mike Robison tallied 15 points and 12 boards, and Jerome Williams tallied 15 points to give Hamline its first two-game winning streak of the season.
Ryan Wilt (Naperville, Ill.) scored a game-high 19 points and Todd Yankowski (Chicago, Ill.) added 10 for the Cardinals.
