UW-Eau Claire jumped out to a 3-0 lead in handing the Cardinals a 3-1 nonconference setback in SMU's season opener last Saturday in Eau Claire, Wis.

A Year Ago: UW-Eau Claire picked up a pair of nonconference wins against the Cardinals last season.
