Complete Bethel-Saint Mary's Dual Meet Results

LAKE CITY, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University women's golf team's bid for its first dual meet win of the season came up just short Thursday afternoon, as Bethel slipped past the Cardinals 378-388 at The Jewell Golf Course.

Gia Puch (Des Plaines, Ill.) and Katelyn Rizzi (Austin, Minn.) led the way for the Cardinals, as Puch tallied an 88 to finish second overall, while Rizzi was two shots back with a 90. Brittney Neilsen (Apple Valley, Minn. / 102), Amy Hagen (Edina, Minn. / 108) and Colleen Norwell (Orland Park, Ill. / 128) rouned out SMU's top five.

Hannah Hunstad fired a medalist round of 87 to lead Bethel, followed by Bree Eastlack (92), Paige Lemieux (94) and Megan Sahlstrom (115).

The Cardinals are back in action this weekend, taking part in the Ripon Invitational Saturday and Sunday.
