Last Action: The Cardinals dropped a heartbreaker to Upper Iowa Friday, giving up a pair of goals in the game's final 13 minutes — the first one an own goal and the second on a penalty kick with less than three minutes remaining in regulation — in falling to the Peacocks 2-1 at Ochrymowycz Field. Lakeland, meanwhile, was no match for Dominican Saturday, as the Muskies were handed a 12-0 setback in Sheboygan, Wis.

(2), Rademacher (2), Bobby Gas (Lake Zurich, Ill.), Jacob Bina (West Salem, Wis.) and Jovenel D'Haiti (Evanston, Ill.). … Juamaine Venter (Rochester, Minn.) recorded his first-ever multiple-point game, assisting on both SMU goals in the Cardinals' 2-0 win vs. Marian on Tuesday. … SMU has won all three of its games by shut out, while two of the team's four losses have also been by shutout. … Wednesday's game was the first OT contest of the season for SMU. The Cardinals are 2-0-3 in their last five overtime games and have not lost an OT game since a 3-2 setback vs. Macalester on Sept. 22, 2006. … SMU's eight games have now included two own goals — one in SMU's favor, and Friday's that went against the Cardinals.

Lakeland Muskie Notes: Dominican's 12 goals were the most allowed by the Muskies this season and the 12-0 result was the second time this season Lakeland has been shutout. … GK Ross Souku finished with seven saves vs. the Stars and now boasts a 4.40 goals-against-average and a .589 save percentage. … Jacob Kleinschmidt is the team's offensive leader, boasting team highs in goals (4) and points (8). … Adam Benson leads the team with four assists. … The Muskies' 13 goals have come from seven different players. …  Eight of Lakeland's 13 goals have come in the second half.
