Eric Lindquist the early Christmas present of dual-meet wins over Luther, they certainly stuffed his stocking with plenty of stellar individual performances.
“Individually, it was a good way for the first part of our season,” said Lindquist, whose men's team fell to the Norse 79-36, while Luther handed the SMU women a 143-63 setback. “We had some very solid efforts — certainly some solid momentum to build off of when we get back from break.”
Mark Ross (Dubuque, Iowa) led the way for the Cardinal men, placing first in the 500 freestyle (5:20.90), while also finishing second in the 200 IM, stopping the clock in 2:09.92.
