Friday's 3-0 loss to Bethel marked the first conference loss of the season for the Cardinals, who also had their streak of three straight Friday conference wins snapped. … SMU's loss marked the first time this season the Cardinals have failed to score at least one goal. … Sarah Gustafson (Esko, Minn.) stopped 39 shots — two shy of her career best — in Friday's loss to the Royals. … Gustafson enters today's rematch vs. Bethel with a 2.28 goals-against-average and a .943 save percentage, while teammate Kaye Collier (Hibbing, Minn.) boasts a 1.86 GAA and a .927 save percentage. … Nicole Olson (New Brighton, Minn.) netted the Cardinals' lone goal in last Saturday's 5-1 loss to St. Olaf. It was Olson's second goal in as many games and her third goal of the season. … Olson enters today's game against Bethel as the team's leader in assists (9) and points (12).
