OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Saint Mary's University track and field teams are back in action on Saturday, traveling to UW-Oshkosh to take part in the UW-Oshkosh Open.

Cardinals' Last Action:
Peter Borash (Bowlus, Minn.) and Coco Booker (St. Paul, Minn.) and sister Maya Booker led the way for the Cardinals at the non-team-scored Loras Invitational Wednesday evening in Dubuque, Iowa.

Up Next:
The Cardinals return to action next Saturday, heading to Decorah, Iowa, to take part in the Luther Norse Relays.

Peter Borash (Bowlus, Minn.) won the 1,500 to pace the Cardinal men at the Loras Invitational Wednesday, as the junior clocked a time of 4:07.18, while teammate Jake Traxler (Le Center, Minn.) was third in 4:09.53. Traxler also added a seventh-place showing in the 800 (2:04.44). … Tyler Kircher (Cashton, Wis.) was second in the hammer (43.70) and eighth in the javelin (37.68) at Loras. … Gus Wiggert (La Crosse, Wis.) also had a busy Wednesday in Dubuque, Iowa, placing third in the shot put (12.86 meters) and eighth in the hammer (38.15 meters). … Jacob Loechler (Winona, Minn.) was fourth in the 400 hurdles (65.11). … Coco Booker posted a second-place finish in the shot put with a toss of 12.03 meters, while Maya Booker was second in the hammer (38.40). … Regina Quandt (Minneapolis, Minn.) was fourth in the 800 (2:27.58). … Laura Schommer (Hutchinson, Minn.) and Shauna Stephens (Norwood, Minn.) chipped in sixth-place finishes in the 100 (13.72) and 5000 (20:37.99), respectively. … Booker highlighted the Cardinals' showing at the indoor season-ending MIAC Championships March 2-3, as the Cardinal junior uncorked a career-best toss of 42-feet, 7-inches to finish second and earn All-MIAC honors. … Booker's 42-7 throw was a Leonard Center Field House record, broken by eventual MIAC champion Becky Culp of Hamline (42-8).
