It was the fourth straight year the Cardinals' DMR broke the school record — with Traxler a member of all four record-setting relay teams. … Peter Borash (Bowlus, Minn.) closed out his indoor career with an eighth-place effort in the mile (4:26.65) and a 12th-place time of 2:37.28 in the 1,000. … Haley and Soucheray led the way for SMU in the 3,000, with Haley clocking a time of 8:57.76 to finish 19th, while Soucheray was close behind, stopping the clock in 9:03.30 to place 21. … Bryan Ortman, competing in his first conference indoor championships, chipped in a leap of 12.02 meters in the triple jump. … Maya Booker (St. Paul, Minn.) placed seventh in the weight throw at the MIAC Championships. … Laura Schommer (Hutchinson, Minn.) had a busy conference indoor, recording an 11th-place effort in the 400 (62.47), a 16th-place showing in the 200 with a time of 27.99, adding a time of 8.27 in the 60. … Katie Stolz (Forest Lake, Minn.) led a quintet of Cardinal runners in the mile, stopping the clock in 5:25.77 to finish 11th.
