ST. PETER, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University of Minnesota swimming and diving teams are back on the road on Saturday, as the Cardinals head to Gustavus to take part in the Gustavus Invitational.

Reese Galewski (Winona, Minn.) posted the top finish for the Cardinal women at last weekend's Macalester Roger Ahlman Invitational, placing fourth in the 100 butterfly (1:02.50). Galewski also added a ninth in the 200 IM (2:27.90). … Grace VanBeest (Flossmoor, Ill.) recorded a fifth in 100 breaststroke (1:14.35), a seventh in the 200 breaststroke (2:50.14) and an 11th in the 200 IM (2:29.34) last weeend. … Katie Heller (St. Cloud, Minn.) chipped in a fifth in 50 freestyle (26.27) and a seventh in 200 freestyle (2:05.14), and Janelle Mueller (Lewiston, Minn.) finished seventh in the one-meter diving competition (161.00) and an eighth in the three-meter (147.95). … Zac Finkelstein (Naperville, Ill.) led the way for the Cardinal men last weekend in St. Paul, Minn., tallying an eighth-place time of 51.53 in the 100 freestyle, while also chipping in an 11th in the 50 freestyle (22.90). … Joe Tonda (St. Paul, Minn.) tallied a 10th in 200 backstroke (2:11.17) and a 13th in the 100 backstroke (1:01.93).
