WINONA, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University of Minnesota men's basketball team heads across town to Winona State's McCown Gymnasium on Tuesday, as the Cardinals square off against the NCAA Division II Warriors in an exhibition game.

• After back-to-back road games at the Hillyard Classic in St. Joseph, Mo.—in which WSU beat Missouri Western State (71-67) and lost to Washburn (84-75)—Tuesday's game against Saint Mary's is the Warriors' second straight home game. … Winona State, which opened its home schedule with an 89-73 win over Grand View last Thursday, picked up seven of its 11 wins a year ago on its home court. … Kevin Whitelow scored a game-high 19 points in the Warriors' win over Grand View last Thursday. He became the third different player to lead the team in scoring through three games—Mason Domask netted 14 points in WSU's season-opening win over Missouri Western State on Nov. 10, while Corey Jeffs poured in 22 in the Warriors' loss to Washburn the following day. … The Warriors head into Tuesday's game against Saint Mary's boasting four players who are averaging in double figures, led by Jeffs and Whitelow, each averaging a team-high 15.3 ppg.
